Live Broadcasting in Apps
Your nickname and real-time interactions (including but not limited to comments, rewards, gifts, online status, etc.) will be publicly displayed in the live broadcast room, and statistics will be formed based on the audience's activities (such as rankings, popularity, etc.) and displayed publicly.

Your Choices and Access Requests
We strive to provide you with choices about how your personal information is used and shared. Your choices include:

Email. You can use the unsubscribe link in any of our promotional emails;
Access Requests. If you have registered an online account, we allow you to access and update certain personal information you have provided to us by logging into your online account and using the features provided there. You may also request access to your personal information, and we may request more information from you to verify your identity before fulfilling the access request.

Children's Privacy
YauSpark does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16 without prior verified parental consent. If you believe that your child under 16 has submitted personal information to YauSpark in connection with our website or mobile application without prior verified parental consent, please contact us at service@yauspark.com so that we can take steps to delete the personal information they provided.

International Customers
The information we retain may be stored in the United States. If you live outside of the United States, you understand and agree that we will transfer personal information to and process it in the United States and any other country or jurisdiction at our discretion.
