1. First, browse through the navigation menu to select the products you want to buy, then click on the category menu.
You can also use the filters on the left to refine your search by color, size, and material.
2. Select the style and size of your desired product, enter the desired quantity, and add it to your cart.
3. Fill in your shipping address (please be as detailed as possible, down to the street number, for accurate delivery) and contact information (including your phone number and name), then submit your order and complete your purchase. 4. We will prepare your products as soon as we receive your order:
1) If your order does not include custom products, we will pack your package as quickly as possible within 7 business days. Depending on the shipping method you selected, you will receive your shipment within the scheduled timeframe.
You can choose from the following shipping methods:
Express Shipping. Yauspark offers express shipping options such as UPS, FedEx, and DHL, enabling fast air delivery to most countries and regions worldwide. Simply provide accurate delivery information, and your shipment will be delivered to your designated location. This delivery method is characterized by speed and convenience, but is more expensive, with a transit time of approximately 10-20 days.
Sea-Land Combined Shipping. This method of transportation offered by Yauspark can be divided into two stages: front-end and back-end. Front-end shipping is ocean shipping, where goods are shipped by air from Yauspark's consolidation warehouse in mainland China and then shipped to the destination port by sea. Upon arrival at the destination port, the courier company picks up the goods and delivers them to the address specified when placing the order. This method is cost-effective and takes approximately 20-30 days. Another drawback is that this shipping method isn't available in all countries/regions.
2) If your order includes a custom package or custom-made items, we'll need to customize them based on your needs, which may take longer. Based on our experience, the size of the order and the complexity of the customization directly impact our packaging time. It will take approximately 10-40 business days for us to complete your packaging. Rest assured, we'll keep you updated with every step of the customization process, including photos or videos of each step, so you can accurately monitor the delivery details.
5. After the package is shipped, we'll provide you with a tracking number so you can easily check your shipping information.
6. Upon receipt, please immediately inspect the product to ensure it is intact.
